Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Trainer - Landscape Engineering & Urban Design

to deliver high-quality training programs in Abu Dhabi. The trainer will conduct interactive sessions on landscape maintenance engineering and urban design, focusing on both the technical and practical aspects of sustainable planning, irrigation systems, soil management, green infrastructure, and integrated urban development. The role involves equipping learners with industry-relevant knowledge, practical skills, and the ability to apply modern tools and technologies in real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom-based training aligned with TTC's course outlines for Landscape Engineering and Urban Design Develop and update training materials, case studies, and project-based exercises Teach modules including soil health, irrigation systems, pest and disease management, sustainable landscaping, and urban design principles Facilitate workshops, hands-on sessions, and real-world project simulations Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support development Introduce learners to emerging technologies such as smart irrigation systems, drones, GIS applications, 3D modeling, and planning software Collaborate with the training team to ensure engaging and outcome-focused delivery

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Engineering, Urban Design, Architecture, Horticulture, or related field Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in landscape maintenance, sustainable design, or urban development projects Prior training/teaching experience preferred Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills Familiarity with tools/software such as AutoCAD, Revit, GIS, or irrigation/urban design software is desirable Must be based in
