Company Overview:

We are a reputed construction company engaged in delivering high-quality residential (Interior & Exterior) projects. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Pool & Landscape Engineer who will be responsible for designing, rendering, planning, and supervising landscape works for our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review landscape designs, 3D renderings, drawings, and BOQs in line with project requirements. Develop conceptual and detailed designs for pools, gardens, patios, and outdoor living spaces. Supervise site implementation of Pool & landscape works including softscape and hardscape. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure project quality and timely completion. Select appropriate materials, plants, and irrigation systems suitable for the project environment. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to the workforce. Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual presentations for client approvals.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape design, rendering, and execution, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and Pool & landscape construction methods. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, MS Office, and other landscape design/rendering software. Excellent communication and project coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
