to plan, design, and oversee the civil engineering aspects of landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in civil engineering with knowledge of landscaping requirements to ensure outdoor spaces are structurally sound, functional, and visually appealing. This role involves close collaboration with landscape architects, contractors, and site teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review landscape and civil engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Supervise and monitor site works, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, drainage, grading, and related civil works.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
Ensure compliance with UAE local authority regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, ADM, RTA, DEWA).
Provide technical input, value engineering, and innovative solutions during design and execution.
Prepare reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Landscape specialization preferred).
3-7 years of relevant experience in landscape and infrastructure projects (UAE/GCC experience required).
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office
; knowledge of Primavera/MS Project is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and infrastructure works.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with local authority approval procedures and standards.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
