Requirements & Skills:
Strong understanding of landscape design, grading, drainage, and irrigation systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other engineering/landscape software.
Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and material selection.
Ability to prepare and review shop drawings, BOQs, method statements, and cost estimates.
Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress, quality, and budget.
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Leadership qualities to manage site teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Landscape Architecture / Environmental Engineering or a related field.

Membership in professional engineering bodies (e.g., Society of Engineers, ICE, ASCE).
HSE training certifications (OSHA/NEBOSH or equivalent).
Valid driving license (site mobility).
3-5 years of proven experience in landscape and civil engineering projects.
Experience in both hardscape (paving, retaining walls, interlocks, curbstones, walkways, water features) and softscape (planting, turfing, irrigation, soil preparation) works.
