We are seeking an experienced

Landscape Civil Engineer

to plan, design, and oversee the civil engineering aspects of landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in civil engineering with knowledge of landscaping requirements to ensure outdoor spaces are structurally sound, functional, and visually appealing. This role involves close collaboration with landscape architects, contractors, and site teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Requirements & Skills:

Strong understanding of landscape design, grading, drainage, and irrigation systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other engineering/landscape software. Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and material selection. Ability to prepare and review shop drawings, BOQs, method statements, and cost estimates. Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Monitor project progress, quality, and budget. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards. Strong communication and reporting skills. Leadership qualities to manage site teams and subcontractors. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Landscape Architecture / Environmental Engineering or a related field. Postgraduate or specialized training in landscaping, irrigation, or sustainable design (an advantage). Membership in professional engineering bodies (e.g., Society of Engineers, ICE, ASCE). HSE training certifications (OSHA/NEBOSH or equivalent). Valid driving license (site mobility). 3-5 years of proven experience in landscape and civil engineering projects. Experience in both hardscape (paving, retaining walls, interlocks, curbstones, walkways, water features) and softscape (planting, turfing, irrigation, soil preparation) works.
