Landscape Bim Modeler
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape BIM Modeler to support our landscape architecture and urban design teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and data-rich Building Information Models (BIM) for landscape architecture projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage landscape BIM models using tools such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks /or AutoCAD.
Collaborate with landscape architects, civil engineers, and other design professionals to integrate landscape elements into multidisciplinary models.
Translate landscape design drawings and sketches into detailed BIM models.
Prepare high-quality documentation, including plans, sections, and 3D visualizations.
Maintain BIM content libraries and ensure consistency with project standards.
Conduct clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.
Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and industry standards.
Assist with site analysis, grading plans, planting design, and hardscape modeling.
Support project delivery from concept through construction documentation.
