Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :

Conduct preliminary studies of the site and environmental impact assessments (including contours, soil, ecology, buildings, roads, heritage).
Creating conceptual visions for a variety of landscape architecture projects.
Concept design development and provide cost estimating, detail design services, contract document preparation and undertake various field services such as site inventories and construction inspection and reports.
Preparation and production of design and construction drawings and schematic illustrations.
Production of project design drafting and detailing.
Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.
Design detailing in an accurate and efficient manner.
Assisting in the preparation of schedules of quantity and cost estimates.
Execute a project from concept through construction documentation
Co-ordinate / advise site consultants/ company representatives on landscape design and technical related matters
Co-ordinate / source local suppliers / materials
Provide approval for contractor work
Attend site co-ordination and progress meetings
