Landscape Architect
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop landscape designs, drawings, and 3D renderings in line with project requirements.
- Prepare site analysis reports, including environmental, soil, and vegetation assessments.
- Create conceptual and detailed plans, planting schedules, and material specifications.
- Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate landscaping with overall site development.
- Ensure designs comply with environmental laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Select appropriate plants, hardscape materials, lighting, and irrigation systems.
- Supervise site implementation to ensure design quality and standards are maintained.
- Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and maintenance guidelines.
- Incorporate sustainable landscaping practices, including water conservation and native planting.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as a Landscape Architect with a strong design portfolio.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of plants, horticulture, irrigation, and hardscape materials.
- Creative thinking and ability to translate concepts into functional designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
