Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and client-focused Landscape Architect to lead the design and sales of residential backyard and pool projects. The ideal candidate will handle the full project lifecycle--from initial client consultation and on-site survey to technical drawings, 3D visualization, and project pitching--ensuring practical, aesthetically pleasing, and buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Meet homeowners to understand project requirements and provide practical, innovative design solutions.

Sales & Pitching:

Present and sell design concepts to clients, aligning solutions with their budget and technical feasibility.

Site Surveying:

Conduct precise on-site measurements and analyze existing conditions for backyard and pool construction.

Technical Design:

Develop detailed CAD drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or V-Ray) for client approval and construction purposes.

Feasibility & Compliance:

Ensure all designs are structurally sound, buildable, and compliant with Dubai local authority regulations.

Coordination:

Serve as a technical link between the client's vision and the construction team, resolving on-site execution challenges effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

Gender:

Female (mandatory)

Language:

Arabic speaker preferred

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture

Experience:

Proven experience in residential landscape design and client management

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software

Licensing:

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory) for site visits

Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and sales skills, technical accuracy in drawings, and ability to work independently in the field

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

AED 7,500 per month

Benefits:

As per UAE Labour Law and company policy

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
