Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landlord Relationship Specialist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Landlord Relationship Specialist will manage landlord matters, work with real estate agents, oversee property management tasks, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating lettings, maintaining strong relationships with property owners, and ensuring efficient property operations.

Qualifications:

Expertise in Landlord Matters and working with Internal Team
Strong skills in Property Management and coordinating Lettings
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
English professional working proficiency
Arabic speaker
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in the property management, real estate and hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is desirable
Preferred female candidate
