KEY Responsibilities and Duties within Job Specific Competencies Expectation: - Consistently make a good first impression when calling potential customers; maintaining a friendly and professional tone at all times - Well understanding of customer requirements to successfully close the deal - Contacts potential existing or non-existing customers to inform them about our new market campaigns or services using given scripts - Matching the Buyer\xe2\x80\x99s and Tenant\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries addressed by the Leasing and Sales Agents within a timely manner - Generates and qualify leads from cold calling and inbound interaction - Handle customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaints to maintain and improve company reputation Knowledge: Real Estate Knowledge: incentivizing players who are venturing into new asset programs in real estate - Up-to-date knowledge of our website & assures communication with the marketing team for any feedback, advice, suggestion - Knowledge on comparing our services with competitors & assuring our standards above the market - Familiarity with Rules and Regulations applicable to real estate in a particular region (Abu Dhabi/ Dubai) like mortgage news, and general updates on the current market - Comparison of properties with similar properties that have recently sold, in order to determine its competitive market price - Knowledge for generating a list of properties that are compatible with Buyers / Sellers needs and financial resources Requirement: - 2 years Proven experience as Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role - Proven track record of successfully meeting sales queries, preferably over the phone - Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems - Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects - Excellent knowledge of English - Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s):
