The Role:

Join our vertiport operations team as a Landing Assistant, supporting daily operations while serving as a trained emergency response team member. This hands-on dual-role position involves passenger services, ground handling, and critical safety responsibilities across rotating shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

Passenger Operations:

+ Assist passengers with embarkation and disembarkation + Escort passengers within vertiport movement areas
+ Handle baggage loading and unloading from aircraft
+ Support terminal facilities management

Ground Operations:

+ Operate aircraft charging equipment + Maintain ground handling and aircraft handling equipment
+ Assist in vertiport maintenance activities

Emergency Response:

+ Provide assisted rescue of aircraft occupants in emergencies + Evacuate all persons from movement areas during emergencies
+ Operate firefighting equipment
+ Maintain emergency equipment readiness
+ Maintain and inspect firefighting and rescue equipment

About You:

Helideck, Heliport Assistant experience essential Helideck, Heliport Rescue and Fire Fighting experience preferred. Physical fitness for emergency response and equipment handling Ability to work in team environment Flexibility to work various shifts Training in emergency procedures (provided) Valid security clearance (or ability to obtain) Good command of spoken and written English Valid technical training certificates Valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
