Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Land Surveyor to accurately measure and map land parcels, boundaries, and features. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting construction, land development, and real estate projects by providing precise survey data and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct land surveys to establish legal boundaries and prepare site plans.
Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS, and drones to gather spatial data.
Interpret survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure survey accuracy.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding land measurement.
Maintain and calibrate survey instruments and equipment.
Assist in the planning and execution of topographical and boundary surveys.
Record survey measurements and data meticulously.
Assist in resolving boundary disputes and interpretations.
Prepare documentation for permits, land divisions, and development projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role.
Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS tools).
Strong understanding of land laws, property boundaries, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
