Hands-on experience operating laser scanning equipment

Practical knowledge of point cloud processing and data handling

Working experience with Cintoo, Leica 3DR, Autodesk ReCap, and/or Revit

Background in Land Surveying, BIM, or Technical Drafting, provided laser scanning experience is demonstrable

Ability to work in environments where geometry, alignment, and visual accuracy are critical



Project Context



Experience in theming, entertainment, cultural, or high-finish architectural projects is preferred

Prior experience in the UAE or similar construction environments is advantageous

Exposure to coordination between survey, BIM, and site teams

This role supports a theming project in the UAE and focuses on laser scanning and point cloud-based survey workflows. The work goes beyond conventional land surveying and sits at the intersection of digital survey, BIM, and high-accuracy site coordination.The position suits professionals who are comfortable working with large point cloud datasets and translating scanned information into reliable references for design and construction teams.



Scope of Work



Capture site and as-built conditions using laser scanning technology

Process and manage point cloud data with a high level of accuracy

Support Scan to BIM workflows and data coordination

Align scanned outputs with design, BIM, and construction requirements

Maintain structured, traceable survey data throughout the project
