Land Surveyor
Role Summary:
The Land Surveyor will perform all surveying duties on the project site to ensure accurate setting out and measurement of work for bridges, roads, and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographical surveys and establish primary control points.
- Perform precise setting out for alignments, levels, and positions of structural elements, roadworks, and underground utilities.
- Monitor and report on ground movements and deformations.
- Calculate volumes of earthworks and materials.
- Prepare as-built survey drawings and reports.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment.
- Diploma or degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor on infrastructure projects.
- Must be highly proficient with Total Stations, GPS/GNSS systems, and AutoLevels.
- Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Leica Geo Office, etc.).
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
