We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Land Surveyor

to support our survey team on-site in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in conducting topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys using modern surveying instruments. This role is critical in supporting construction activities and ensuring accurate data collection under the guidance of senior survey staff.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in performing topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys. Operate total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments under supervision. Support the preparation of survey maps, field notes, and documentation. Work alongside surveyors, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure project alignment. Assist in verifying survey data and identifying discrepancies. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and local survey regulations. Maintain and organize survey equipment and tools. Support senior surveyors with project planning, data processing, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering

, or a related field. 5 years of UAE experience in construction or land surveying. Familiarity with total station equipment, GPS, and basic surveying software. Basic understanding of topographic and boundary survey techniques. Good attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to learn from senior staff.
