About the Job Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor.
Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment and software.
Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with local land surveying regulations and practices in Dubai is a plus.

Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and existing structures.
Use surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS, and digital levels, to collect accurate field data.
Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans, and maintain accurate records of survey data.
Analyze survey data and use it to create legal descriptions, land titles, and property records.
Assist in the preparation of construction plans and layouts based on survey data.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
Keep up-to-date with surveying technology and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and permitting requirements related to land surveying.
