We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Land Surveyor to strengthen our growing team. Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be shortlisted: Available in UAE and can join immediately. Minimum 5 years' experience Must have UAE Experience RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles. Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features. Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain. Coordinate findings with the technical & construction personnel, and others concerned with projects. Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy. Establish fixed points for use in making drawings, using geodetic and engineering instruments. Train assistants and helpers, and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys or drafting drawings. Analyze survey objectives and specifications in order to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparation. Develop criteria for survey methods and procedures. Utilize auto cad to check coordinates & draft drawings. Establishment of benchmarks and all stations as reference. Carryout topographic surveying. Job Type: Full-time
