Conduct land and construction surveys using GPS, total stations, levels, and other surveying instruments.
Establish, verify, and maintain horizontal and vertical control points, benchmarks, and reference markers.
Interpret survey drawings, legal descriptions, and project specifications to ensure accurate site layout.
Set out alignments, boundaries, elevations, and structures in accordance with approved drawings and coordinates.
Prepare and check survey data, calculations, field notes, and measurement records for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the preparation of topographic, boundary, as-built, and layout survey drawings.
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design levels, alignments, and tolerances.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.
Ensure proper care, calibration, and maintenance of surveying equipment.
Comply with project quality standards, safety requirements, and surveying regulations.
Education & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in land surveying for construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
Proficiency in surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and related software.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other survey drafting and data-processing software.
Understanding of surveying standards, coordinate systems, and construction layout procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills with site and engineering teams.
