Land Surveyor
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in construction and civil works, experience working in the UAE is preferred
Proficient in survey equipment (GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and methods
Strong knowledge of civil drawings, layouts, and setting out works.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different job sites as needed

Responsibilities:

Conduct accurate land surveys and measurements using a variety of surveying equipment and techniques
Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely survey data for project planning and execution
Monitor and document construction progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with survey data
Utilize GPS and other surveying technology to improve efficiency and accuracy
Train and supervise junior surveyors and surveying assistants as needed
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on job sites
