Job Description

• Urgent requirement of Land Surveyor with minimum 4+ years experience in UAE in the CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
• Only candidates in UAE who can join immediately will be considered
• To analyze data using geographic information systems (GIS) and drawing charts using computer-aided design (CAD)
• Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using theodolites, transits, levels, and satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS).
• Develop criteria for survey methods and procedures.
• Monitor changes in the land during the construction process.
• Conduct standard calculations to identify areas, elevation and volumes of field survey notes.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
• The surveyor ensures that the survey reports are highly accurate and contain all the necessary information to establish legal boundaries.
• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, construction lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
• Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with projects.
• Conduct research in surveying and mapping methods, using knowledge of techniques of photogrammetric map compilation and electronic data processing.
• Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
