Our future Learning & Development Specialist will focus on delivering our Leadership & Organizational Development initiatives, reporting to the regional L&OD Manager. He/She will support programs developing our people, assisting leaders with getting results the right way and providing L&D support to the Business.

Missions: (but may not be limited to) Support Career development process and action plan translation Design New Modules continuously as part of Masterclasses & Learning management system Modules / Training facilitation across the plants Support the role out of the new corporate initiatives with Training & Communication Support Local HR Morocco for L&OD process deployment & Leadership tools Support the implementation of communication around Employee Engagement Initiatives in the plant Evaluate program effectiveness through surveys, and feedback.

To be successful in this role: Education: Master's degree in HR Management or Marketing & communication At least 3 years experience in a similar position Ability to prioritize work Strong oral and written communication skills in French & English (Fluent) Ability to design and implement effective training and development, good command of the PowerPoint tool Strong presentation skills & Public speaking abilities Experience as a trainer is mandatory Tools Excellence: PPT, Excel, LMS, Zoom & Teams, Mentimeter, Surveymonkey, Kahoot & Quizzes...

Language Skills: French, English
