We're looking for a skilled Lamination Machine Operator who is responsible for operating and maintaining a lamination machine to apply a protective film or coating to various materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup:
Prepare the machine for production by loading materials (paper, film rolls, adhesive), adjusting tension, and setting temperature and pressure according to job specifications.
Operation:
Run the lamination machine, monitor the process, and ensure materials are fed correctly to prevent jams, wrinkles, or bubbles.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished products for defects, such as poor adhesion, misregistration, or surface imperfections.
Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine, including rollers and adhesive systems.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and fix minor operational issues to minimize downtime.
