We are an 18 year old leading full-service Graphics and Display Solution company manufacturing Display Stands, Kiosks, Signages; Exhibition stands etc. Located in Dubai Production City.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer / LFP Machine Operator (Entry Level)

to join our growing team who will be responsible for assisting with creative designs, handling printing operations, and ensuring quality output across various media.

Job Responsibilities:

Create and edit designs for flyers, banners, brochures, signage, and other marketing materials. Use software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or equivalent tools for design tasks. Operate large format printing machines to produce high-quality prints for signage and advertising. Created accurate color profiles using advanced knowledge of X-Rite color management tools. Set up print jobs, adjust machine settings, and monitor print quality. Handle media loading, ink refilling, and basic troubleshooting of printing equipment. Assist with lamination, cutting, mounting, and finishing of print materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area. Manage print jobs from start to finish, including loading materials, monitoring runs, and completing finishing tasks. Coordinate with design and production teams to meet client specifications and deadlines. Troubleshoot minor technical issues like misfeeds, print errors, and mechanical problems. Report significant technical problems promptly to maintenance or external service providers. Monitor and track material usage and waste to enhance resource efficiency. Record details of completed print jobs, machine maintenance, and any adjustments made. Strictly follow safety protocols when operating printing equipment and handling materials.

Job Qualifications:

2-3 years of relevant experience in the home country.*

Advanced working knowledge of using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design related software's Familiarity with digital printing and large-format printing machines. Good eye for detail, creativity, and color accuracy. Ability to work independently and under supervision. Willingness to learn and adapt to UAE market standards and printing practices.
