Job Description
Exercising a high level of general security awareness and to ensure that daily routine of tenants, visitors and other personnel proceeds uninterrupted.
Monitor the log entries of items in the storage room from moving in and out tenants.
Enter all lost and found items in the logbook found in the parking and loading bay area.
Ensure that the correct forms and/ or documentation is filled up, signed and used accordingly with their purpose, i.e. security gate pass, NOC for maintenance, moving in & out form, etc.
Ensure that all visitors are provided with visitor's pass/ID.
Responsible in monitoring incoming and outgoing delivery and/ or mover's vehicles.
Ensure that the parking and loading bay area remains clean at all times.
Prohibits anyone to smoke, eat, or drink in the loading bay area.
Manage the flow of vehicular traffic both in and out of the loading bay area.
Ensure all contractors are following the security regulations and with proper uniform.
Attending to any inquiries regarding location of shops, restaurants and offices.
Ensure that residents used the right parking slot allotted to them.
Act as a reliever to all security guards.
