Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the bakery's client base.
Conduct client visits, present product samples, and prepare customized proposals.
Negotiate and finalize contracts in line with company policies.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of client orders.
Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
