Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive (with 2 years experience in joinery and civil works) to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of sales success, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers and prospects
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE as a Sales Executive of related field (Interior fit out, maintenance, construction is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Proven track record of sales success, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid UAE driving license (Required)
Flexibility to relocate
Fluent in English, Hindi (Speaking and writing)

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
