Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.
Follow up on pending quotations, invoices, and payments with clients.
Communicate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
Prepare sales reports and assist in sales forecasting.
Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Support in marketing and promotional activities if required.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in sales coordination, preferably in the
food trading industry
.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and ERP systems.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Fluency in
English
(knowledge of Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
Candidate must have a valid UAE husband/self/spouse visa.
