Coordinates with management to prepare guest itineraries and handles guest requests and complaints efficiently.
Collects and disseminates guest information to relevant departments, supports promotional activities, and monitors guest satisfaction.
Participates in daily briefings, training, and special projects while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Collaborates closely with front office, management, and other hotel departments to enhance guest experience.
Skills
