We're looking for a passionate and energetic Female Fitness Trainer to join our team for one month (December). The ideal candidate should be skilled in conducting both personal training and group classes, with a positive attitude and commitment to helping clients reach their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct personal training sessions tailored to individual goals.
Lead group classes such as Yoga, Stepper, and Circuit Training.
Guide clients on proper exercise techniques and basic nutrition plans.
Monitor client progress and provide ongoing motivation.
Ensure safety and cleanliness during all workout sessions.
Requirements:
Experience in personal training or group fitness instruction.
Good communication and motivational skills.
Positive and energetic personality.
Ability to work with clients of different fitness levels.
