We are looking for a talented and experienced Lady Chef for house, who is highly skilled in multi-cuisine dishes, with strong expertise in Arabic cuisine. The ideal candidate will have excellent cooking techniques, strong presentation skills, and the ability to prepare high-quality dishes consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, with a strong focus on Arabic cuisine.
Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Develop new recipes and maintain consistency in taste and portioning.
Handle daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and planning.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the kitchen.
Manage food inventory, storage, and proper handling of ingredients.
Work efficiently during busy hours and ensure timely preparation of meals.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Follow company guidelines for hygiene, food safety, and quality control.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Arabic and multi-cuisine dishes.
Strong knowledge of food presentation and modern plating techniques.
Ability to work independently and manage the kitchen during full-day shifts.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Good communication and a positive attitude.
Willing to work morning-to-night shift.
