We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and motivational

Salon Supervisor

to oversee daily operations of our exclusive ladies' salon. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, managing staff performance, maintaining high service standards, and driving business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management

Manage, motivate, and supervise all staff (Receptionists, Hair Stylists, Nail Technicians, Therapists). Create and manage staff schedules/rotas to ensure full coverage during peak hours. Handle recruitment, onboarding, staff training, performance reviews, and mentorship. Resolve staff conflicts and maintain a positive, professional work environment.

Operations & Quality Control

Ensure smooth daily operations including opening, closing, and overall maintenance. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and professional presentation. Monitor service quality and consistency across all departments. Handle and resolve client complaints professionally and effectively.

Business & Financial Management

Track salon revenue, expenses, and KPIs (daily/weekly/monthly). Oversee inventory (monitor stock, place orders, control waste). Manage the till, daily transaction reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping. Implement strategies to increase bookings, retail sales, and profitability.

Marketing & Client Relations

Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and local marketing activities. Support and guide social media initiatives to attract and retain clients. Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in a supervisory/managerial role (beauty, spa, or luxury retail preferred). Proven ability to lead a team and meet sales targets. Strong knowledge of salon operations, beauty services, and retail product sales. Familiarity with POS/booking systems and basic financial reporting. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

Salary package will be discussed during the interview and depends on experience and qualifications.
