We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced team player for our ladies salon. Following are the primary and secondary skills required. Primary skills mentioned below are a must, please apply only if you have knowledge and experience in these as they will be tested practically as part of the interview process. Over time, training will be provided to enhance your secondary skills to enable you to learn and grow.
Primary skills/experience:
1. Body/Shoulder/Foot Massage (at least 1 year massage experience required)
2. Basic/normal Mani and Pedi
3. Excellent customer service and team work
4. Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Arabic or any other language is a plus.
5. Experience working in Dubai or any other emirate is a must.
Secondary skills (ie you have a fair understanding of these and are excited to learn more and grow):
1. Other Mani/Pedi services such as Gel and Acrylic
2. Waxing/threading/lash
3. Hair wash and blow dry/ other hair services
4. Facials/make-up
5. Familiarity with salon software
Responsibilities
:
Follow all company policies and procedures; make sure attire and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Stand or sit for an extended period of time; grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size/weight of up to 10 lbs without assistance if required. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisor/Manager.
2 yrs Visa will be given on the agreement that you will work for minimum 2 yrs if you don't already have a visa.

Compensation and Benefits:
AED 3300 - 4200, based on overall experience and skills (can be higher if you have own visa)
