Receptionist (Ladies Only) - Ladies Salon

Location: Liwan , Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 3,000 - 3,500 per month (based on experience)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Salon Receptionist (Ladies Only) to join our professional ladies salon team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working in a ladies salon and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Attending to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints. Booking and managing appointments. Managing phone calls, emails, deliveries, and salon inventory. Ensuring that the salon is kept clean and hygienic. Assisting with marketing and sales by informing customers about promotions, new products, and services. Supporting social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Processing transactions and issuing receipts. Performing administrative tasks such as filing, updating records, and generating daily and monthly reports. Managing staff schedules and attendance. Overseeing inventory management and stock levels.
Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a salon receptionist. Knowledge of Fresha or other salon booking systems. Proficiency in administrative software such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Skilled in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for marketing. Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. Strong customer service and marketing skills. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational abilities. Time management and multitasking skills.
