Lushways Salon is seeking a talented and experienced Hairstylist/Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Hair Cutting and Styling:

Provide professional hair cutting and styling services based on client preferences and current trends.

Coloring and Chemical Treatments:

Perform hair coloring, highlights, lowlights, and other chemical treatments with precision and creativity.

Consultation:

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate hairstyles and treatments.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest haircare products and trends to make informed recommendations to clients LOreal and Kerastase

Sanitation and Safety:

Adhere to salon/spa cleanliness and safety standards, including proper handling of tools and equipment.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and professional salon environment.

Qualifications:

Cosmetology License:

Must hold a valid cosmetology license in the state of [State].

Experience:

Proven experience as a Hairstylist/Hairdresser, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse hairstyles and techniques.

Creativity:

Demonstrated ability to create innovative and personalized hairstyles for clients.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
