We are a leading Manpower Supply Company
Looking for a Labour Welfare Officer to support our workforce by listening to employee concerns and coordinating with management to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
This role is based at our Camp Office and plays a key role in maintaining positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Meet workers daily and understand their problems or complaints
Communicate worker concerns clearly to management
Follow up on issues until they are resolved
Maintain simple records of complaints and actions taken
Support HR and site management in welfare activities
Promote a positive and respectful working environment
Requirements
Must be on Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa
Good English communication skills (speaking and basic writing)
Patient, polite, and good listener
Ability to communicate between workers and management
Basic knowledge of labor camp environment is an advantage
