Labour Supervisor
Job Description
Coordinate daily operations, optimizing workflow and resource allocation to meet clients deadlines.
Ability to Supervise a diverse team of workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team skills and promote a culture of safety and a friendly environment.
Monitor performance metrics, implementing process to improve the productivity of employees.
Ability to resolved conflicts and addressed employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
communicate with operations manager to develop strategic plans for labor utilization, mobilization and demobilization plan according to projected executions.
Maintain accurate records of labor attendance, and work hours, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Ability to do multitasking
Skills Qualification and Experience
Good communications skill in Hindi , Urdu and English , Arabic is plus .
Qualification : Higher secondary
Experience : 2 Years .
UAE Driving License Required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,250.00 per month
