Job Title: Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

The Camp Boss is responsible for the overall supervision, safety, discipline, and smooth operation of the labor camp. The role ensures compliance with UAE regulations, proper accommodation standards, and effective coordination with all operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

*Conduct random checks of all floors and rooms to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with camp rules.

*Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, and civil works).

*Strictly control alcohol, smoking, and prohibited activities within the camp premises.

*Monitor and control movement of residents and visitors as per camp policies.

*Coordinate with security staff and cleaning teams to maintain hygiene, discipline, and safety.

*Register workers and allocate rooms, maintaining accurate and updated accommodation records.

*Ensure no discrimination in accommodation based on nationality, religion, or ethnicity.

*Maintain proper documentation of all UAE/Dubai-based camp coordinators and residents.

*Control and facilitate visitors in line with company policy and UAE regulations.

*Enforce zero-tolerance policies for alcohol, smoking in restricted areas, and misconduct.

*Act promptly during emergencies, assisting staff and workers with hospital transfers, medical coordination, and necessary arrangements.

*Provide schedule distribution support and operational assistance to ensure smooth daily camp operations.

*Ensure compliance with UAE labor camp standards and company policies at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:

*Minimum 2 years of experience as a Camp Boss in the UAE

*OR

*SIRA-approved Supervisor background (Dubai).

*Good knowledge of UAE labor camp regulations and safety standards.

*Arabic language is an advantage.

*UAE driving license preferred, but not mandatory.

*Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

*Ability to manage large groups and handle emergencies calmly.
