to manage and oversee the operations of our labour accommodations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing labour camps in Dubai, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a disciplined yet supportive environment for the workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of labour accommodations.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards as per UAE regulations.
Ensure regular maintenance of the camp facilities including rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
Handle workers' allocation in rooms, and manage check-in/check-out of employees.
Coordinate with HR/admin team for workers' requirements and movements.
Maintain proper documentation for occupancy, maintenance requests, complaints, etc.
Handle emergency situations and conflicts within the camp efficiently.
Ensure timely transportation and reporting of workers to assigned sites (if required).
Monitor the use of utilities and supplies, aiming to minimize unnecessary expenses.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience
in managing labour camps in
Dubai
.
Valid UAE Driving License

for mobility between sites/camps.
Good knowledge of UAE labour laws, health and safety standards.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and manage multicultural teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of MS Office and record-keeping.
