Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of construction materials and their properties is an advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in both lab and field environments.
