for schedules, attendance, and reports.
Ensure strict adherence to duty timings and handle violations firmly.
Coordinate with management regarding absences and work planning.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a labor camp supervisor or similar role.
Good knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
.
Strong personality and leadership skills
.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shifts.
Qatar experience is a plus.
