Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Label Machine Operator
to join our packaging team. The Label Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining labeling equipment to ensure products are correctly labeled in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic
labeling machines
for bottles, cans, drums, or other packaging units. Ensure labels are correctly applied, aligned, and meet quality and compliance standards. Perform machine adjustments and changeovers for different product sizes or label formats. Inspect labeled products for defects such as misalignment, missing labels, air bubbles, or smudges. Monitor label stock and coordinate with warehouse or inventory teams for replenishment. Conduct routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on labeling equipment. Record production data and complete shift reports accurately. Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate mechanical or operational problems to maintenance when required.
