Partner with the best The Lab Technician Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of lab technicians, and logistic coordinators in the development, implementation and completion of validation testing requirements to meet our internal/external client's needs.

As a Lab Technician Supervisor, You will be responsible for: Promoting testing excellence and efficiency gains in the support of product validation testing & qualification and issues resolution as per API6A PR2F requirement, keeping HSE compliance as non-negotiable. Supervising and involved in the execution of the validation testing along with the lab technicians Estimating duration, resources requirements including roles and responsibilities for planned/scheduled tests. Carrying our Pre-TRR (Test Readiness Review) and TRR for all scheduled tests. Creating and maintaining the lab schedule. Participating in internal and external audits. Develop competency matrix and assessment for lab technicians. Generating Purchase Order Requests for the lab's material needs. Develop Work Instruction for the Lab Operation Maintain asset management and tracking of Lab Equipment. Monitored equipment preventive maintenance program and calibration validity of equipment in the lab. Coordinating with Third-Party Inspector (TPI) for witnessing of the validation tests. Supporting QMS Local Testing & Qualification Process and Procedure development. Working closely with the Baker Hughes Engineering PL Managers and Businesses to determine prioritization of planned tests.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science. Minimum 4 years' experience as lab technician supervisor/leader for API6A PR2F validation testing. Minimum 6 years' experience in assembly & testing of API6A Surface Pressure Control equipment. Have a leadership experience within a testing & qualification environment. Have a strong skillset within areas of project scheduling and project risk definition & remediation. Have problem solving skills. Demonstrate experience of managing projects and policies within a security or compliance environment
