The Role

Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing LLC is a leading manufacturer of high-quality rubber belts, serving global markets with a commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Technician to join our R&D team. Key Responsibilities: o Perform physical and chemical tests on rubber materials and products. o Accurately record and analyze test results. o Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment. o Assist in product development trials and testing. o Prepare test reports and maintain quality records. o Follow all laboratory safety procedures and company guidelines. o Coordinate with the production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.



Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field. o Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience in the rubber or manufacturing industry. o Familiarity with standard lab equipment (e.g., Rheometer, Mooney Viscometer, Hardness Tester). o Understanding of ISO and ASTM testing standards. o Strong documentation and reporting skills. o Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset. o ERP system experience is an added advantage.
