Responsible for overseeing the operations of the lab on a day-to-day basis, per shift, to ensure highest quality of production while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements. The individual oversees staffs' performance, interactions, and quality of work.
Responsible for managing the kitchen in terms of ordering supplies and performing inventory, as well as maintenance on kitchen equipment. Responsible for the daily forecast of sales, as well as daily production of all baked goods (Including cupcakes, cheesecakes, cookies, stuffed cookies, pies, breads, etc.).
Should have atleast 5 years above experience as a Baker.
