Supervise daily operations across both laboratory and radiology units, ensuring timely and accurate testing and imaging services.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate staffing schedules, training, and performance management for lab and radiology personnel.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and compliant with safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of supplies and reagents.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve workflow, reduce turnaround times, and enhance patient experience.
Oversee documentation and reporting for accreditation bodies and ensure adherence to local and international healthcare regulations (e.g., CAP, JCI, MOH).
Analyze department performance data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between technical staff, physicians, and management to resolve issues and ensure high-quality diagnostic support.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experienced in hospitals or multi branches medical center.
Preferred masters in health management alongwith Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiologic Technology
