We are looking for an L1 Support Engineer with strong Azure knowledge and basic database skills to manage day-to-day operational tasks. This role focuses on cloud operations, monitoring, incident handling, and executing scripts/playbooks--not traditional desktop or IT support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day IT-related customer complaints and operational support tasks.
Perform scheduled operational activities and routine tasks on cloud infrastructure.
Monitor infrastructure capacity and system performance on Azure.
Execute scripts and playbooks based on operational requirements.
Generate and extract reports from MS SQL and Oracle databases.
Track, communicate, and escalate technical issues until closure.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational performance.

Azure Concepts:
VMs, Storage, Networking
ITIL Knowledge:
Incident, Request, and Change management
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience with
SQL
(queries, report generation)
Basic understanding of Oracle DB (added advantage)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to follow SOPs, playbooks, and technical processes

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
