We are seeking highly motivated and technically skilled L1/L2 Support Engineers to join our team and provide exceptional support for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MSCRM) and .NET applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MSCRM, .NET framework, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and deployment methodologies.
Responsibilities:
L1 Support:
Act as the first point of contact for incoming support requests.
Triage and categorize incoming incidents.
Provide initial troubleshooting and resolution for basic issues related to MSCRM, .NET applications, SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.
Escalate complex issues to Dev Team support as needed.
L2 Support:
Diagnose and analyze the complex technical issues related to MSCRM, .NET applications, SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.
Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues with dev team.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MSCRM) and its core components.
Proficiency in .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, etc.).
Solid knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
* Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and .NET is preferred.
