The KOL Manager will be responsible for developing and executing global influencer marketing strategy across key regions -- including India, Europe, Latam, the Middle East (MENA), and Asia-Pacific. This role will focus on identifying, collaborating with, and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to enhance the brand visibility, credibility, and conversion performance across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Design and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with STARTRADER's global brand objectives.
Localize KOL campaigns to suit cultural and market dynamics in India, Europe, Latam, MENA, and Asia-Pacific.
Develop annual and quarterly KOL roadmaps that support key brand initiatives, product launches, and sponsorship activations.
Influencer Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard financial, trading, and lifestyle influencers across major platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with KOLs and content creators in target regions.
Collaborate with local partners or influencer agencies where appropriate to ensure high-quality execution.
Campaign Management
Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, including brief creation, content review, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
Manage various campaign types such as educational trading content, brand storytelling, live collaborations, and social amplification.
Ensure all deliverables meet STARTRADER's brand, compliance, and creative standards.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Define KPIs for each KOL campaign and monitor metrics including impressions, engagement, CTR, leads, and conversions.
Analyze data and generate post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Continuously refine influencer selection and content direction to enhance ROI and lead quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Brand, PR, Digital Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams to synchronize campaigns and maximize reach.
Support regional teams (India, Europe, Latam, UAE, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.) with localized influencer initiatives.
Align with Sales and CRM teams to connect influencer leads to conversion funnels and performance tracking systems.
Budget & Vendor Management
Manage KOL-related budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable impact.
Oversee contracts, legal compliance, and relationships with influencer agencies or third-party vendors.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in KOL / influencer marketing, ideally in financial services, fintech, or global consumer brands.
Proven success managing influencer campaigns across multiple regions (India, Europe, Latam, MENA, and Asia-Pacific).
Strong understanding of social media ecosystems and influencer cultures across markets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and ROI.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Hindi, Thai, Arabic, or European languages) are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing network of influencers or agencies in target regions (India, Europe, Latam, MENA, Asia-Pacific).
Experience in financial trading, investment, or fintech-related influencer collaborations.
Familiarity with influencer management tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
Passion for trading, innovation, and global brand storytelling.
Ability to adapt quickly to regional market trends and emerging social media platforms.
