About the Role:

We're seeking a partnerships-driven BD leader to accelerate user growth through strategic alliances with influencers, KOLs, and ecosystem partners. Your mission: forge high-impact collaborations that drive acquisition, retention, and trading volume across global markets.

Note: Title/scope (Manager vs. Director) will be tailored based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer & KOL Strategy
+ Identify, negotiate with, and onboard top-tier crypto influencers (5M+ followers) and niche KOLs for:

- Branded content campaigns

- Co-hosted AMAs/Spaces

- Trading volume incentives
+ Develop performance-based partnership frameworks (CPA, revenue share)
Ecosystem Partnerships
+ Secure white-glove partnerships with:

- Wallet providers

- Trading tool platforms

- Launchpads
+ Structure co-marketing deals (e.g., joint airdrops, liquidity mining)
Data-Driven Optimization
+ Track KPIs: UA cost, LTV, referral conversion rates

+ A/B test partnership models using on-chain + CRM data
Team Leadership (Director Level)
+ Scale BD team (hire/manage 3-5 BD associates)

+ Own a 7-figure partnership budget

Requirements:

Must-Have (Manager):



3+ years in crypto/FinTech BD, with proven influencer deals

Rolodex of 100+ crypto KOLs/influencers

Closed $30M+ trading volume monthly

Fluent in English + 1 mother language (Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi, Turkish, etc)


Director-Level Additions:



6+ years experience, including team leadership

Closed $500M+ trading volume monthly

Deep TradFi/Web3 bridge-building expertise
