Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and certified
KNX Programmer
to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, configuring, and commissioning KNX-based smart home and building automation systems. A valid UAE driving license is required for travel to various project sites across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Program, test, and commission KNX systems in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, system drawings, and MEP layouts.
Work closely with project engineers, electricians, and contractors for on-site integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during system setup and post-installation.
Maintain and document all programming files, project reports, and configurations.
Conduct regular site visits for testing, client handover, and after-sales support.
Requirements:
KNX Certification (ETS5/ETS6 proficiency is mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in KNX system programming.
Strong understanding of BMS, lighting control, and smart automation technologies.
Knowledge of other protocols like DALI, Modbus, or BACnet is a plus.
Ability to read technical documentation and electrical layouts.
Good communication and reporting skills in English.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
